PLEASE NOTE: NO PERSONS OTHER THAN THOSE NAMED ON THIS BOOKING REQUEST FORM WILL BE ALLOWED TO OCCUPY THE CARAVAN (MAXIMUM 4 OR 5 PEOPLE PER CARAVAN, DEPENDING ON CARAVAN TYPE. TYPE 2, 3 & 4 ALLOW UP TO 4 PEOPLE. TYPE 5 ALLOW UP TO 5 PEOPLE).
Check In Time – You are welcome to phone after 12.30pm to see when your caravan will be available – but please do not come to the site before phoning.
Check out Time – Caravans must be vacated 9.30am on your day of departure

INVITING FRIENDS TO STAY OVERNIGHT OR FOR A FEW DAYS IS NOT PERMITTED. PETS ARE £20 PER WEEK BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY AND MUST BE INCLUDED ON THIS BOOKING REQUEST FORM.

TO ENSURE WE GIVE THE BEST QUALITY OF SERVICE WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMS TEXT MESSAGES FOR BOOKINGS OR ENQUIRIES.

If requested, every endeavour will be made to reserve a particular caravan, but the right is always reserved to transfer bookings to another caravan of the same grade & berth.

A booking is only confirmed when a booking form and deposit has been received and a receipt has been issued.

I will make a Deposit/Payment when I confirm the booking & agree to pay the balance of my account at least 35 days prior to commencement of my reservation. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per caravan per week is required. I agree time is of the essence on the agreement otherwise my booking will be automatically cancelled, my deposit forfeited and the caravan re-let.
